Ali Arango: My name is Ali Arango. As a kid I was often bullied for being small and liking geeky stuff. Inspired by superhero comics and the bodybuilders that looked like them I began training with weights. Being told "if there is one person that weight training can't help your it" I continued training. Having little success following traditional training methods, I then took up the stance " if a technique works I'll use it and if it dose'nt I'll throw it away". Being a book worm has its perks. I read every training book or magazine I could obtain and absorbed all the knowledge I could from them. I then developed my own unique system of training that not only gave me great success, but also allowed me to place consistently in the top five within my weight class in completive bodybuilding contests from the national to international level. I still use my proven system of training to help others achieve the physique success that I have obtained. I also spend time designing logos, brochures, business cards, illustrations on my beloved Mac as a graphic designer. Now that I'm mister muscleman I'm free to be the geek I always was but this time pain free.
